For quite a few years Edward Reekers (Kayak) toured the country with Symfo Classics – The Best of Symphonic Rock. Together with cultuurpodium Boerderij, he formed a new band in 2019 that gave a one-off concert under the title ProgProms, in a virtually sold-out hall. Since then, a short tour of four Dutch stages has been done every year, of which P60 is one this year!

Expect many world hits and highlights from the rich oeuvre of symphonic rock. From Genesis to Yes and from Alan Parsons to Supertramp, they all pass by.

The regular band consists of: Edward Reekers (Kayak), Charles Nagtzaam (Frank Boeijen, Liesbeth List, Harry Sacksioni), Juan Van Emmerloot (Snowy White, Steve Lukather, Ayreon), Mark Bogert (Knight Area), Jeffrey Revet (Stream Of Passion, Queen Forever) and Nadine Pruim (I Can See your Voice, Queen Forever).

As in 2022, special guests will be added to the band again. Damian Wilson (Arena, Threshold, etc.) and multi-instrumentalist Hubert Heeringa (Ten Sharp).
